About Me

I'm an anime illustrator with a broad range of skills ranging from 3D/2D animation, 3D sculpting, anime artwork/backgrounds, and character concept art.I've been drawing and creating artwork since 2012. My skills keep growing as I discover new methods of creating artwork.

Terms and Conditions

By engaging with the Artist for commission, you ("the Commissioner") have agreed to the following Terms of Service ("Agreement") between you and ZenMaruki ("the Artist"). Read this Agreement carefully before proceeding with your order.

General
• The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission requests.

Usage and credits: Personal Usage
• The artist retains all rights to their artwork, including the rights to display/market their art on social media, reproduce for commercial purposes, and sell their finished artwork.

Usage and credits: Commercial Usage
• Depending on the intended commercial use, royalty fees may be used instead of a full upfront payment. The fee for commercial usage is variable, starting at 1.5 times the base price.

Timeline
• The completion of a project is determined by the complexity of any commissioned artwork. This can range from 3 days to 3 month maximum.
• After the completion of a project, the Commissioner is entitled to any minor adjustments (such as adding small details/color editing) free of charge.
• Any major adjustments will extend the timeline and requires additional payments as compensation.

Payment
• Once the Artist is ready to undergo the commission, payment is 100% upfront.
• All payments are processed via Debit, Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo.

Process
• The artist will contact the commissioner once they're available to start.
• After the payment has been received, the artist will send a sketch for approval. Any adjustments made during this phase are free of charge.
• Once the sketch is approved, The artist will provide screenshots of the process until completion. Any requests for minor adjustments during this phase are free of charge.

Adjustments
There are two types of adjustments made during the process.
• Minor adjustments include adding small details (such as chains, jewelry, and symbols), color correction, etc. All of these adjustments come free of charge.
• Major adjustments include changing the pose, changing the clothing design, realtering the face, adding new major elements, etc. All of these adjustments come free of charge during the sketch phase. After the approval of a sketch, all major adjustments will require additional payments as compensation.

Delivery
• Once the project is completed, the Commissioner will be provided with a full-resolution (and low-resolution) image of the Artist piece. To protect the integrity of the artwork, sharing the full-resolution artwork is ill-advised.

Refunds
• Refunds are not offered by the artist.

Confidentiality
• The artist will not disclose any contact information to any third parties.
• Payment implies agreement to the Terms of Service.
